Bio:

Dr. Athil Alkinani holds an M.Sc. in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (2006–2010). He is the Owner and CEO of Jana Courses and serves as an Implantologist at Jana Dental Center, Iraq, bringing extensive expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery, dental implantology, and professional training.

Bio:

Prof. Moustafa N. Aboushelib obtained his DDS from Alexandria University in 1997, completed his MSc and specialization in Restorative Dentistry, Root Canal Treatment, and Fixed Prosthodontics in 2003, and earned a PhD from the University of Amsterdam (2004–2007).
He has held key academic positions including Director of Students’ Restorative Dentistry Clinic, Director of Postgraduate Fixed Prosthodontics Clinics, and Lecturer in Biomaterials. He has advanced training in oral/maxillofacial surgery, oral implantology, microscopy, mechanical testing, stress analysis, biomedical statistics, and patient/child psychology.
His expertise spans Restorative Dentistry, Dental Biomaterials, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Oral Implantology, and Aesthetic Dentistry.

Bio:

Dr. David Zelig is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive clinical and academic experience in dental implantology, craniofacial surgery, and trauma care. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He subsequently pursued his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York.

He has held key clinical positions at renowned institutions including ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, and has practiced in multiple locations across Jerusalem (Israel), Memphis (Tennessee), and New Windsor (New York). In addition to maintaining a successful private practice, he has been actively involved in resident education and advanced training in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Bio:

Professor Ali Darendeliler is a distinguished orthodontist, academic, and internationally recognized researcher. He currently serves as Professor and Chair of the Discipline of Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, and Head of the Department of Orthodontics at Sydney Dental Hospital.

He leads a multifaceted research program in orthodontics that explores a wide range of topics, including the biomechanics of tooth movement, the biological effects of orthodontic therapy, and root resorption.

He has been recognized globally for his outstanding contributions to orthodontic science. Professor Darendeliler is a recipient of the Australian Society of Orthodontists Distinguished Service Award (2008) and the P. Raymond Begg Award (2012) for his significant research contributions an honour bestowed upon only a few since the societys inception.

Notably, he became the first Australian to receive the Sheldon Friel Memorial Lecture Award, the highest honour of the European Orthodontic Society, acknowledging his remarkable scientific achievements in the field. Furthermore, he was among nine international experts selected to develop global guidelines for postgraduate orthodontic education and has played a key role in formulating standards for oral appliance therapy in sleep apnoea.
